Owners
Halverstadt Properties, LLC is a rental and property management company owned by brothers, David and Jon Halverstadt. David's wife Brenda is the property manager.
We have dedicated contractors with whom we have built relationships and who are available for almost any problem within 24-48 hours. We pride ourselves in repairing our units quickly and efficiently.
History
We started learning the operation and management of rental properties from our father when he began purchasing rentals in the early 1980's. We watched his company grow and succeed for thirty years before we joined him in the business and together created Halverstadt Properties, LLC in 2010. When dad passed away we managed and then purchased his company.

We offer commercial and residential rental properties in Columbiana and Mahoning Counties in Ohio including units in Salem, Lisbon and Poland.
